I was disappointed in the hotel as a whole. It felt a bit run down, the staff was not rude, but also were not friendly, cockroaches in the room inside the cabinet with the min-fridge was not pleasant.

The room was dirty. cockroaches and the pillows were stained. The garbage basket had stuff and in the bathroom, there were socks from previous guest. Lastly, the carpet was also dirty and it smelled bad.

Customer Service was great the room looked nice. Abso not problems. Dog friendly. They gave us a room near the door for convenience near other people with dogs. Not once did we hear any of the other dogs unless the door was open

Thank you for your response. When you process your reservation and click the two confirm boxes the information is in those documents as the majority of the hotels in the area have an incidental fee. It is just always best to call the hotel directly to see if there are any additional fees, but we will see if we can add that to the website specifically.

Nothing much...Ummmmmm it was quite a average as expected. However when I checking out, I received a bill that was way lower amount comparing what I paid with booking thru Online agent; $97 I prepaid when I booked, and $74 on the bill when I check out. Well...... that would be a kind of business... yah.

Stay here based on the review. Like: staff services. Both front desk ladies are very helpful with local questions. Nicole is particularly helpful. We were there the day prior to the check in and it happened the hotel and its surrounding area had a power hit and we requested a room on the first floor and she was very helpful honoring our request. Improvement suggestions: 1) floors needs to have a major cleaning. The carpet smell is very bad, particularly on the first floor 2) lighting: rooms are kind of in the dark size. Lightbulbs wattage should be stronger. Perhaps 100 watts be installed in every outlet in the room. 3) getting out of the hotel turning left is very risky. Since there is no traffic light making left turn, one is at the mercy of the upcoming traffic. Florida drivers are very aggressive. Don't think much can be done by the hotel, just to let future customers be aware of the situation.

Thanks to your feedback, we have changed the frequency of which the carpets are being cleaned and we checked to see if 100w bulbs could be installed, but we are help to a max of 60w. We are looking forward to a full renovation next year and hope that you will return when completed to see all of the changes we have made for our guests.

Upon arrival I was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed. If I needed anything to just call.The front service was great and friendly. I felt safe coming in late at night .The room was clean,cool,and it was quiet.The bed was very comfortable , soft clean bedding,with a clean smell.Plenty of extra linens ,clean and in the closet. Plenty of towels ,hand towels, wash clothes ,and toiletries .Which is excellent!I was glad I chose to stay here.I will recommend the hotel to other people and be looking forward to staying there again .
