Had a great stay in a Horizon Opera House view room. Loved the size of the room and the excellent view of the Opera House and Circular Key. The club lounge was good and a great way to spend an afternoon, or early evening. If I had to make a complaint, the hot food never seemed to be hot.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top! The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there. The "Harbor Views" were the only downside, we just looked out on a busy highway, but all good- the amazing location made up for it.
