Enjoyed our stay but......the tap in the bathroom sink leaked (1906), the wait for the lifts on the weekend was ridiculous and the pillows had no body to them.

We loved the room - huge bath and shower pressure was amazing. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but for the most part very happy. Great views too from 15th floor ( city side). The rooftop pool is small but wonderful. My daughter used the gym and jacuzzi too. The chairs on roof top are so comfortable we sat out there for hours. Would be good if they served cocktails up to there instead of just can of beer or seltzer. Also lifts getting changed and they are super slow and soooooo inconvenient and really frustrating. Staff were so friendly and courteous and chatty.

The property was very convenient for what we were there for, the breakfast was delicious, but it had two lifts not operating at the time of our stay and it was expensive to stay as is, then we were also charged $62 for parking on top of this, that's too expensive

Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay.

NO LIFTS! STAY AWAY

Apparently, they have had lift problems since December 2024, and we stayed in August 2025 still not fixed. Lengthy waiting times people where very frustrated staff didn't seem to car or were just use to it. We used the service lifts to get down they were also dirty. DONT STAY HERE! Terrible inconvenience and definitely needs to be updated, very old.
