The room is dirty. I found the guest hair accessories near the bed. And bde sheet is kept on opening, they didn't tuck it properly. When I try to tuck it in the bedsheet was open little bit and when I saw is really dirty. The carpet never been vacum, the room is very dusty too

Let our room at 8am asked reception for our room to be cleaned and fresh towel returned to the hotel at 10pm and nothing was done . Also the room was hot 🔥 and the Airconditioning wasn’t working. What an experience. Thanks

Check in staff member was excellent. The room was amazing. The breakfast was terrible. Why go to so much trouble making an exceptional stay, then ruin it all by having your guests go to a hall style buffet where the staff are rude, there’s absolute chaos and customer service doesn’t exist. Ruined our stay. Giving 5 stars for the hotel and hotel staff, but 0 stars for the buffet breakfast.
