Housekeeping needs a lot of work done. Took 3 days to replace shower jel. Replacement of breakfast was not done properly. Missing butter and jam etc. Rang reception about it. Staff was supposed to come and replace items. Took another 2 hours after second call to reception before it was done. . Overall housekeeping was not what I expected. Location was great.

My Stay at The Hyde Park Inn was very good - I was there for the City2 Surf and the location of the Hotel made it very convient for the start line of the fun run. The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and goos for sleeping

Too much noise all through the night from the road and work being carried out in Hyde Park. Loud singing and arguing on the bus stop opposite did not help either. The room size was great but being so long, the air con and window were at one end which made the room stuffy.

Perfect for a low key family stay in Sydney CBD

Perfect for a low key family stay in Sydney CBD. Good location on Hyde Park, near new Metro station (Gadigal). Parking is included in tariff - a big bonus in Sydney! Car park is tight but doable with care. Staff were nice and very obliging. Room was a bit dated but very spacious and quite adequate in terms of facilities and cleanliness. A basic continental breakfast was included too - adequate and quite convenient. We would stay again.
