Very Good

Sydney sky Harbor had a very great location. The views for our room were stunning. The views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Getting to the hotel was a bit more difficult than anticipated because of the location on a hill, but once we arrived climbing uphill with very large suitcases in the pouring rain was worth it when we got to take a breath and look out and see the stunning Sydney Harbour.
The room itself was very basic and on the older side, but had amenities that made it comfortable and great for a good nights rest as a transitionary place. Only stayed one night, but would happily stay here again.
We chose this hotel because we were going on a cruise. We were well within walking distance to the cruise pier and it was easy getting to the ship. The area has a ton of stuff to do, there's easy transportation all around and restaurants are everywhere!! Great place to stay!!

Out dated room, not enough towels for all guest. Location freat for cruise ship
Property is ideally located for cruise ship travel. One block walk to the dock. Great central location for seeing the harbor and the rocks area. Property is a bit dated and tired, but we would stay again for the location alone.
We arrived something like before 9am, their policy in early check-in is so broken. Asked for $100 for just additional hours, most of the hotel around the world charged like less than $50. Also they don’t bother even you mentioned that your celebrating 50th birthday. Staff not friendly Room was old, hotel is old. I picked this because it’s walkable.
The only thing missing are Canadian style electrical plug ins for your electronic dsvices

Great location. I had booked a superior king room and it was on the first floor just above the entrance to the hotel so it had no views. There was a constant loud whirring noise from outside my room (I couldn’t work out where it was coming from) which made it hard to sleep. The rooftop pool was great but it was very disappointing that the spa wasn’t in use. When I checked in, the member of staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. However when I checked out the member of staff was very friendly indeed.
The property is a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. our room was over a convenience store and the refrigeration was on and the noise was constant. we were moved to the top floor which was a lot better.
the rooms need a little tender loving care.

Excellent hotel in great location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only disappointment was the restaurant. Too much mediocre food served at high price. However many other food establishments nearby.
No difficulties with check in through Hotels.com. Staff very friendly. Accomodations a bit dated with tape holding carpet together, but still very clean. We enjoyed our stay and was in excellent area to walk to our cruise ship only being 2 blocks away. Thank you
The hotel location is pretty decent. The staff are very accommodating.
The hotel itself is very old and needs upgrading. For the price I could have stayed elsewhere in a much better room

Great location, but, room somewhat outdated. Bed size and comfort was great for us. Could hear people in adjoining room. Lots of hair from people from previous stays in the bathroom. Not the cleanest bathroom which was a bit off putting.
This property is very convenient if you are taking a cruise from the overseas cruise terminal
In the past, the hotel has been a bit expensive, but it seems to be bringing their prices to a more reasonable level, therefore attracting more Business
This property is very convenient. If you’re planning on taking a cruise from the overseas terminal, it has been in the past a bit expensive, but they are bringing their prices down to a reasonable amount lately.
