The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is amazing. Always a friendly word. Our room was clean and very spacious. The central location is a big bonus for us. The breakfast got something for everyone, delicious. We will be definitely back

Nice and close to central station, beds confortable, lifts are slow and no clear direction to take stairs as an alternative. Had room refreshed daily but did not replenish some of the towels etc so had to ask from them which took a while to bring up to the room, minor things and woud definately stay again. Location was great.

It was very close to public transport and shops near by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was at times a little noisy on the street, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. I felt the lifts were a bit slow which was the only drawback for us. We would definitely stay here again.
