The room was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful on entry and exit (and allowed me to have early check in). The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Darling Harbor sights. One warning is almost everything is uphill from there, but that's just the way the city lays out. Even as an out of shape person I just added an extra 5 minutes to my walking time, and it was good. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were incredible, every single member of staff I spoke to were very polite & nothing seemed too much trouble... Our studio had everything to hand. The option to be able to make food was convenient at times, having a washing machine & tumble dryer was very useful. Location was excellent, most places walkable. Overall a great experience. I would definitely return to the same hotel & location again should we be lucky enough to return to Sydney.

Perfectly acceptable property. We stayed at the Meriton in Brisbane just before moving to Sussex Street. No comparison really as that place is special. Sussex street is perfect for Darling Harbour.

Good location, althouhh we opted for a high floor with good view room, although based in the 15th floor we only had a view of the building wall directly opposite. Apt was clean and well presented. Area of Darling Bay is great with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Superb location close to Darling Harbor, excellent restaurants, shopping and public transportation. I asked for a quiet room and got one: room 1211. I really enjoyed taking the ferry to Manly beach and Sydney Harbor National Park, plus walking to the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Meriton Suites Sussex Street is a fantastic property! We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to the business district and just a short walk to Darling Harbour, with plenty of dining and attractions nearby. It has everything you need for a great vacation. I would definitely return if I have the chance!

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings etc. amazing view I just expected a little more for the $. So hot in lounge room air conditioner would not go below 23. Had visitors we had to go out it was hot. Air conditioning in bedroom did not work. Discovered late Friday night after check in. Towels so small and certainly needed more than 2. Water jug would have been a nice touch.

This hotel is in an excellent location which is a short walk between the shopping precinct and Darling Harbour. The apartment is a great size and well appointed. Parking was also easy and a great price.
