This property was lovely and clean, welcoming staff. We flew into Sydney from LAX that morning and arrived just to drop bags off at 10am, however our room was ready an we were given early check-in which was so greatly appreciated. The room has a full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. We didn't have housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed but this was not an issue. If we wanted extra tea/coffee, towels, toilet paper etc the housekeeping staff delivered it very promptly. The pool and spa area was lovely and clean. The area around seemed safe, we walked everywhere. Came back around midnight one night and it felt safe. Lovely cafe next door where we had breakfast each day. There's also an office building across the road where we parked our car for $30/ night which had a small food hall, however we didn't use it but it looked like the cafe were nice. Easy to walk to darling Harbour and areas like George St, QVB, Westfield. Light rail and town Hall train station a quick 5 min walk. Highly recommend. Value for money and we will stay again

Lovely accommodation shower fascia moats at base chipped but otherwise excellent However for the pice I paid I am amazed no slippers or bathrobe in room which was a bit irritating when I went to use the pool

Great area and staff were really good. Just a couple of things.1 they don’t supply face towels, so you have to go and ask for further towels and 2. We had a fault with our bathroom sink not draining away and smelling a bit. I Asked them twice to look at it, but still the same when we left the room. The building could do with a bit more soundproofing to the outside world as well and the people above.
