After a looong flight from Hawaii, stepping into the rooms in this hotel was very disappointing, to say the least. It hadn’t had an update or any TLC in ages and ages. I had to search for outlets (scarce here). It felt gloomy and old. Upside, the expensive breakfast buffet was fairly ok.

Hotel felt old and outdated for the price. Tv was old and needed to be updated. Wifi was weak in different parts of the room. Shower had low pressure and was too short for tall people. Hard to get hold of front desk when calling from the room. Location was convenient.

Fantastic location in the rocks with amazing views from the roof top deck and pool area. The rooms were a bit dated and tired. Staff were friendly, happy hour is a good deal and can take drinks up to the roof to enjoy the view

The Check in process was ok as we arrived early. We had to wait until 3pm for our room (which was expected), but it took nearly an hour to actually get our room key and stored luggage. The queue was almost out the door.
