The bartender was amazing, black plus sized girl; she also made really nice deserts. The happy hour staff and breakfast staff all amazing, especially the bartender for happy hour and the short older black lady for breakfast. Black front desk attendance with a ponytail she was very nice! And the white guy also he was very professional. Sorry I forgot the names.

We are locals, and booked for one night to be closer to a concert on Daniel Island. We loved the Kick Back at 530 and the breakfast buffet. We are planning on booking again soon for a weekend staycation!

This was a wonderful hotel! It was extremely clean! The breakfast was amazing everyday, the staff were always so friendly! The pool and hot tub were perfect for my family. And the rooms were spacious and comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone!

At first when I saw planes flying low above the hotel I got nervous about the noise, but during our 3 night stay, we did not hear a plane once....such a great sounds insolation ! The hotel staff was super nice and very accommodating; from reception to cleaners to managers to kitchen staff. A very pleasant stay. The rooms were super clean.and the hotel looked pretty new. It took me 2 weeks to choose a hotel for our stay since I am very picky when it comes to cleaness but ended up being very satisfied. if I come to Charleston again, I would definitely stay with them again!

Nice clean, friendly hotel

We had great stay accept when I as I was using hair dryer the breaker in bathroom popped, but it wouldn’t reset. We went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. We waiting a while and I said I’ll just dry my hair in bedroom. Well the entire power to room went out. We were in dark. Went back down to desk and told them, they said they would reset the breaker and girl at desk said I’ve been telling them the hair dryers are too strong for those breakers. They reset the breaker and called to ask if we got power back. So rest of trip there was no drying hair! Everyone was very nice and friendly just inconvenient that you can not dry your hair.

Very nice new hotel. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast really good. Kickback evening meal is mediocre. Poor quality food. Check in is at 3:00 pm arrived at 4:30 room wasn’t ready. Requested a 2nd floor room over a month in advance and was put on 4th floor. Staff didn’t seem to care about your needs. This hotel could really use some organizational training. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
