Let's start, I called the day prior to confirm arrival the phone was answered and immediately placed on hold for 28 minutes by the manager. -This property is located in a dark back alley area with broken down cars with flat tires along the main driveway. -There was wood rot and damage to the wood stairs, which felt very unsafe. -The guest room smelled musty and there were bugs in the bedroom area. Went back to the desk to cancel our stay and moved to another hotel 30 minutes away. While trying to get a refund from our Travelocity booked room the manager was rude and would not honor the request from Travelocity to refund the room rate. Travelocity was writing with us to offer a complete refund, only with the approval from the property. The manager was belittling the customer service agent on the phone and told her to do her job and not call back to her hotel.

They do not offer 1pm late check out options only the 12, there were holes in the sheets the floor was dirty there wasn’t even a trash can in the room. The tv didn’t work either, only stay here if you have low cleaning standards. Its definitely not worth the price.

Property was extremely old and undermaintained. The room had water stains in the ceiling and the “doors” for the closet area were hanging with no bottom latch so they swung freely. It smelled awful in the room. The staff was nice but the room was absolutely not somewhere I would want to stay.

I paid for four nights but only stayed for one night. We had to move to another hotel. They put us in a very dirty unit. Couch and floor were like they had never been cleaned. Pipe in bathroom was leaking water. And there were roaches coming out of kitchen and stove. We drove almost four hours to get there. So we managed to sleep for one night but decided to find another place. They said they couldn’t refund our money because we had booked with Expedia. They even had trash sitting in front of the unit when we got there. And they said they were on their way to get it after I said something. I lost three nights. So yes, they were terrible

The room was dirty when we arrived with old food on the floor and dry eggs on the wall. There was someone sitting outside on the steps eating seafood and throwing the remnants on the step. We had to carefully walk to avoid stepping in his food scraps. Room reasonably priced but we won’t be returning. Just not worth the trouble.

Please heed the reviews when considering this property. It's location is convenient for airport travelers but does not offer an airport shuttle. The pictures online are not an accurate representation of the current state of the property. Non-smoking room that smelled of smoke, many items in the room needed repair (ex: nail strips protruding through carpet on stairs, kitchen table broken and very unstable, plaster missing on ceiling), suite not clean (ex: floors dirty, carpet needed vacuuming, dirty washcloth still hanging in shower from previous guest, food residue on night stand, hair on door in bathroom and on room phone, stains on sheets and pillows). Looks like it was once a nice property that has fallen into disrepair.

A pun arriving I called the hotel to let them know that we were running behind because the interstate was jam-packed due to a car accident once we arrived and got checked in that took unnecessarily 45 minutes once we got to the room I realized this is not the room that I booked not to mention I'm not sure if anybody had stayed in that one room because when I tell you the thickness in the dust collected on the furniture the sheets were dirty so I had to sleep on towels the tub was black literally black I couldn't even take a bath my whole stay I called the front desk right after somebody literally use a key one of the little key cards and walk right into my room excuse me not right into my room they were able to open the door however that jam stop at the top that little silver thing that you close onto the door so it can catch the door that's the only way and the reason why the door didn't open all the way and we hear a man in a accent say oh I'm sorry I'm sorry and close the door I stood there in total shock I looked outside the people there's no people it's all pitch black let's get back to the state of the room so dirty the stove the refrigerator was so dirty no one ever walked in there and cleaned it and come to find out I don't even think this property has a dedicated housekeeping when I called after looking at this mess not to mention I didn't even get the room that I booked. I called the front desk asked for the manager and they told me that the manager will not be in t

DO NOT COME HERE!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! There was dead roaches all over my room, the bathtub look like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS, the floor was so dirty that my kids feet were black and dirty 10 minutes fresh out the shower so we had to keep socks on to keep our feet clean from the floor. The towels had so many old hairs on it, I had no idea if they had even washed the towels or not. The room DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURES AT ALL!!!! Total catfish hotel. They got a decent kitchen but no dishes or silverware, nothing included.

Worst stay i have ever had

Terrible, noisy, dirty, its listed as a hotel but it was definitely not a hotel. It was more like crappy stuido apartments with rotting walls and a roach problem. I had to ask for new bedding because the sheets were dirty (not just dingy from age as the front desk suggested but actual crumbs and dirt) and the blanket had hard white stains on it. Then i had to make my own bed with the linens i was given. Breakfast was terrible and they didn't even have salt and pepper for the terribly bland eggs.

The photos on the website must be photoshopped. The hotel is in a motel setting. The property has cars parked in the lot that do not have plates on them, that have flat tires, and some have car covers. This property looks like it is designed for department of social services placement for long term stay for people who don’t have a place to live. This looks more like a low income expressed stay motel rather than a hotel. People had BBQ grills outside of their units, people were walking around with laundry baskets. Upon entry to my room on the third floor the outside steps had chicken bones on them. The bathrooms toilets were not properly cleaned. The towels may have been clean but had many stains on them. The hotel offers free breakfast during your stay. In the check in area behind the desk next to the printer there was dirty dishes, plates, silverware, pots and pans that needed to be washed just sitting in the check in area next to the printer. I arrived there at 10pm if those dishes were from breakfast what were they doing sitting in the office? Very unsanitary. I traveled 13 hours by car to SC to arrive to a place like this. Long story short, my family and i did not even stay! We couldn’t! Best part of the hotel was the property manager Krystal. She is very professional, she was very accommodating, and super understanding of my feelings of the property and the room. She tried her best to accommodate us even let us see a different room! I rate the staff a 10! property, 0.
