Hard to understand the receptionist checking us in, struggled with the keys and swiped them a few times. Went up the very wore out outside steps to the second floor. Had to step over bags of trash and when we got to our door the keys did not work. Turned around went back down the wore out stairs (two steps were rusted through that you could see through them) walked past about 6 guys 20-40 something in age just watching us (felt very unsafe, and poor lighting) went into the receptionist who was different this time and said I wanted a refund! There is trash everywhere, we feel unsafe, and we can't get into our room. They said they would have maintenance look at it. I said that was fine but we were leaving to find another hotel. They said there would be a cancelation charge. I said there better not be you didn't even offer us a room we could get into!

Property is run down. In the room the TV doesn’t work, WiFi is inoperative, there are cigarette burn holes in the bedsheets, open holes in wall and a black tarry substance in the ice bucket. Area is noisy and makes it difficult to sleep.

I had to cancel immediately after checking in. The only reason I proceeded with check-in was to at least see the room. However, the entire property was in terrible condition…a used condom on the lanai outside the room, a strong smell of mildew and rotting wood inside, and visible filth, including a dirty chair and stained walls.

The man at the front desk was very nice and respectful and it was quite quiet at night time, it was clean and had blankets and they were clean the stay was very pleasant and I will be staying there again!!

Crack hotel

Filthy room which has no fridge phone or smoke detector. The maintenance guy bought a filthy fridge from another room and asked him to remove it and bring a clean one. Junkies outside my window all night. I mean all night. Even after I called the front desk they remained outside. If they left it was only for a few minutes. Big hole in bathroom wall that looks like it was previously covered with black tape. I drank my beer and there was a big inside my can. This place is definitely a crack hotel. I do not recommend. I did not sleep a wink while there.

The place is the dirtiest I have ever booked so far. The bed sheets had stains, had roaches roaming freely on the floor, cigarette buts found behind the lamp, the bathroom knob was broken , and moreover it was smelling a lot. Cheery on the top, soon we enter premise, we saw 3 police cars in front of the room assigned to us .. they told us the area is not good , is unsafe and we shouldn’t be going out during night time We cancelled our booking literally immediately.. do not go on the photos they have put in , read all the reviews and then decide for yourself

Worst Stay Ever!

It had black mold around the bathtub and behind the toilet. The smell was of mildew, and it was infested with BED BUGS. I was awakened by them biting me on the leg. They refused to reimburse full two days refund (only returned one night stay). When maintenance came into my room to inspect for the BED BUGS after pulling the bed out from the wall, there were used condoms and woman dirty panties discovered on the floor. WORST experience of a lifetime.
