This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Great location to walk out to the pool or the bay-side beach! The oversized patio and peaceful atmosphere will make this your favorite home away from home to relax, read, and watch the boats and dolphins go by. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. The furniture is very old fashion
Three-seater was beat up, no real wine glasses, the fridge ist old and running all over the time, the dishwasher was so old, that the
dishes were not clean. Most of the hooks in the rooms were broken etc.
