This fee is not included in the initial reservation cost and will be added manually after booking. Violations of our pet policy (bringing any animal other than a dog) will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 fine.

Lost and Found: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you request an item to be returned, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will apply.

Extended Stays: For stays longer than 21 days, an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 will be manually added after reservation confirmation.

Late Check-Outs: Any unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.

Sweet stay

We we're intown for college baseball in O'Fallon at the Carshield Field. Quick 15 minute drive. Quiet nights and very comfortable accommodations. Morning were a bit busy outside, school buses on there routes. Overall enjoyed the little house.

Short but sweet-

We stayed there mostly in the evening time - there is a train nearby, but didn't hear due the air conditioning system drowning out the sound. Slept amazingly well - as we were there to deal with family issues...both my husbands and my scores on our fitbits were quite high. Decorated very nicely and fits the definition of a cottage. Would book for a stay again - should we find the need.

Stayed here for a weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the place - seems newly renovated and very clean. Although we didn’t, the location is close enough to walk to some restaurants in town. Overall a great place and I’ll definitely be looking for availability for my next visit!
