"Very convenient to Heathrow. We arrived at Terminal 5, took the bus (free) from Terminal 5 to 4. Easy walk to Premier Inn from the terminal. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food & service was very good. We made the reservation 6 months in advance for a superior double room, check in time was 3:00pm. We checked in at 3:05pm, was told they did not have a superior double room available for that night, only a regular room was available. Not sure of what the price difference would be but the regular was fine."

"The staff were very welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and our dinner at the Aviator restaurant was fabulous! The bonus for me was the fact that there was a power point close to the bed, and the Pod to Terminal 5 was fun, albeit expensive for what it was."
