Fantastic breakfast, room beautiful but bed hard

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was very nice. The breakfast was absolutely stellar, don't miss it! Many, many choices, including cooked eggs and bacon, fruit, many bread options.

Not a good experience

Booked room with double bed but had 2 singles as they forgot to join the beds together. The door between the rooms was left unlocked and the guests next door got into our room to which I had to get out of bed to stop them coming into the room and then baracaded the door, then someone tried to get in via the main door. Tried 5 times to call down to reception to get this issue sorted. The room was mostly clean but there was hair on the floor that did not belong to either of us as well as a toe nail found near the bed, not been hoovered properly. Breakfast was OK but not worth £15 as was not part of our stay, and we had to pay for dinner when finished as could not add to room bill Tried this hotel as had stayed in others in the area and wanted to give it a try Will not be recommending to friends or family Is a shame as does look nice and the lobby/downstairs was nice

Surprisingly upscale and well maintained given the exterior. Isolated for access so a cab or walking some distance is only option. Staff should know Heathrow operations much better and access/egress etc. Breakfast was awesome and dinner was great also- top notch restaurant. Incredible job on soundproofing the rooms. However, closing a gym and pool at 7pm? Serious? That's real bad planning for long distance travelers.

As a hotel to spend exactly one night so that you are close to LHR, this hotel is OK. Clean and adequate. It's a short walk to the tube station across the very busy street. The hotel shuttle busses don't stop here. The dining room/restaurant service is comically bad. As (un)luck would have it, we needed a second night at LHR and we stayed the next night at the other hotel across the street. That hotel is better than Atrium in every way.

I like that this property is very close to airport. But if you are visiting London it's little far from central. Food option is very limited for the price they charge. Room cleaning service is not great, I wasn't happy about it that on day they didn't put any towels in my room. I called front desk, and hey day don't worry we will send some right now, No apologies. Second day no toilet paper was stocked and everyday coffee supplies not stocked. Seems like they try to save money on supply. If you need something you have to call.

This is a great stoppage point if you’ve had a late flight, or long flight. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay here, and it’s definitely for businesspeople and the like. Very close to the subway and the airport, and it costs nothing to get from the airport to the hotel if taking the tube. Had a lovely, warm infinity pool and a super relaxing hot tub, sauna room, and steam room. Great way to unwind after a long flight.

Almost 5 stars; front desk manager unpleasant

It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing!
