It was all very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I found the lighting in the bathroom too dark to apply makeup. I ate in the restaurant which was fine, but if I am spending £38 for a steak I should not have to open packs of ketchup like it’s McDonald’s.

"The room was perfectly clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. The AC was wonderful and it had a very nice shower. The pool and hot tub area were also neat. The hotel is also just across the street from the underground and only one stop away from Heathrow. There is also a city bus station just outside the hotel if you need to go somewhere else nearby. My only complaint was that the beds were somewhat too firm for my liking, but it had nice, clean sheets and comfy pillows. A great airport hotel overall."
