6309-2 Spacious 2 BR 2 BA top floor condo w/ private balcony & preserve view

This spacious two-bedroom top floor condo awaits your family or group. Vacation, golf trip, temporary home? Enjoy the up-close wooded preserve view as you rest and relax on your private balcony. Large full kitchen and dining table for six are great for larger families. Washer and dryer in unit. Additional amenities include a port-a-crib, Keurig, blender, crockpot, adult and children's books and games. Refresh in the beautiful Laterra pool located nearby in the courtyard of the 955-building next door. If you need additional baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. While this third-floor unit has elevator access and a safety bar in the tub-shower it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

My wife and I were visiting children & grandchildren for Christmas. Very good location (grocery store, drug stores, restaurants). We have stayed at these condos before, but not at this particular unit. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in. Definitely recommend this property.
