Theres a quiet time so the pools dont open till 9. This was our only "issue." We have to leave today and we wanted our granddaughter to be able to use the pool. Had a bad storm last night so she didnt get to use it then. Nice room clean and spacious. The lady that checked us in gave us an upgrade to ocean side.

Just okay

My granddaughter and I had a pretty good stay. We have stayed at this location several times over the years. This time however, the lazy rivers at both locations were very cold and not really swimmable as in other times we have stayed here during the same months. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay. But we only stayed there for the lazy rivers. So for the money I spent for 3 nights I wouldn’t stay again without it being summer time.

We were stuck here when florida got the 8 inches of snow. Lots of staff stayed with us in the hotel. Food in downstairs area was good. Inside pool could be a bit warmer but it was dooable.hot tub was nice especially in the snow!
