"The desk person was quite rude when I checked in. I know it was 10pm, but we got there as soon as we could. When we got to our room, we noticed we only had 2 towels and no wash cloths. We are a family of 4. There also wasn't a single trach can in the room. My husband went to the front desk and he said the same person that checked me in acted bothered by the request for more towels and wash cloths. She told him there were no trash can to provide and he asked her if she just wanted us to the trash in the floor. She then produced a trash bag, no can. My husband came back to the room with the towels but he then noticed she still didn't give us wash cloths. Whatever...we were just staying one night so we did the hand method. The bathtub looked like something from a horror movie. It really wouldn't take much to fix that. The tub was chipped all over the inside. I unstructed my daughters to do their best to stay on the mat and not touch it. We slept great, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal with the omellette guy...I forgot his name, but he was quite pleasant to talk to. Would I stay here again? Meh, 50/50. The front desk person may have been having a bad day, but you should at least pretend kindess if you're in the hospitality business."

"Hotel property is not well renovated. The elevator creaked, popped and shook for every ride, reminiscent of a haunted house ride. Lots of dinged up moldings and finishing in the halls and room that looked dated and well used. Room smelled musty even with the AC running. We were only given one hand towel and one washcloth for two people. Breakfast was adequate but could use some healthier options."

"Bed were super comfortable!Front desk was super nice and helpful. The only issue that we ran into was breakfast. We went down at 8:50 as breakfast stops at 9:30. And the breakfast buffet had been hit hard where there was nothing left except for grits and a couple of bruised bananas. The breakfast attendant comes back in at 9:10 from being outside and stated she wasn't putting no more food out bc breakfast ends soon. She sits down in the lobby and was on her phone until 9:30 when it was time to clean up.. There were a lot of guest left with no options for breakfast.."

"Everything went very clean and oil painting. Especially like the free happy hour day offered on Friday night along with dinner. And the hot breakfast in the morning a nice addition. I found all the staff interactions to be friendly and helpful. My only very minor complaint is that you couldn't watch much on TV unless you have your own Netflix login."
