When we arrived their computers were down. We were told it was due to a storm. That made the check in process very slow as each person had to manually complete a form and they had to look at a list of rooms that were clean and ready. There were 2 people at the desk, but one wasn't doing anything to help until the line got really long. When more people showed up someone else came from the back to help. There was no sign at the desk to tell people the computer system was down and that was causing a long wait to check in. It would have helped people to understand what was taking so long. This facility is not new and needs to be upgraded. The room was clean, however, there were visible signs of wear and tear and improvements are needed. We spent 200 for one night. I expected a better grade of hotel.

I do apologize for your stay with us. Yes lighting did hit the power an everything was shut down. We are under new owner an management. Also we will be renovating next month. We hope to see you in the near future.

The hotel has many amenities and the rooms are very large. It was easy to get to restaurants and the interstate. The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very nice. They do offer a free breakfast, but almost everything was gone by 8:30 am and the eating area was not kept clean. I would stay here again.

Clerk said has a shuttle when they didn’t. Assured us we would have shuttle when we needed it. Hotel was dirty. Food in closet where ironing board is. Shampoo and conditioner had been opened, not new.

Staff was excellent however our stay was a bad experience. A few of the guests were very loud and very very noisy. They also set off the alarm (twice). Very inconvenient especially when you are trying to rest from just being on the road traveling ALL day and traveling the next day. Staff moved us to a different floor however because the alarm was set off the elevators didn’t work. Had to move all our belongings to our new room in the stairwell. NOT happy at all.
