Rooms are in good condition. The hotel is really close to the Kenai Fjord tour harbor so it’s convenient to stay for a night and attend the fjord tour in the early morning.

The area in Seward is very pretty, but it was very hot and there’s no air-conditioning so they had a fan we could put in the window to try to cool the room down

Perfect location! Everyone was super accommodating and so nice. They even held our luggage after check out while we did things before our train left and gave us a ride to the train station. Rooms are very basic but had everything we needed.

Easy walk or call for pickup from the cruise ship. Very friendly accommodating staff with a nice option for stowing our luggage. It is a short walk to the train to Anchorage. Very basic accommodation after jumping off a very spoiled cruise ship.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated with carpeting. I don’t like a blanket and bedspread on a bed because I don’t feel like they get laundered between guests. The best set up are duvet’s that are covered in a sheet that can be washed after each guest.

The heat in the room was very uncomfortable.,

The room was very warm with heat continuing to come out of the radiator under the bedroom window even when completely turned off. The handle on the sink did not work properly. There was very low water pressure. For the money I would have expected more. The front desk people were very nice and the shuttle service was excellent. They were also very accommodating with storing our luggage.

We had a very bad experience staying in the property. It was a little hot inside the room, so we tried opening the window to let some cool air come in, soon realized not a good idea because property is right on the main busy road with vehicles moving throughout the night. Uncomfortably noisy to keep the windows open. We kept getting loud noises the entire night if the guest staying above our room closed or opened the front door or wash room door or walked inside the room or even if he flushed the toilet.
