Room renovations have been nice, staff generally super helpful but our room was not cleaned one time in the 3 days we stayed there. Had to ask for extra towels and trash bags( we have two toddlers). I felt for the AM desk person as they had to manage check ins, breakfast sandwich requests, and the continental breakfast space that required many refills etc. unfortunately the hot tub was closed and then the pool was closed for cleaning the morning we left and we were hoping to wear kids out before our 6 hour drive. Overall we like this hotel and it’s in a Good location. Can definitely tell COVID has hit their staffing.

Due to Covid Hilton has changed its policies on cleaning guests rooms as is it by request only, there are stickers in the room letting our guest know this.

Clean, comfortable bed, noisy furnace turning on and off throughout the night.

Thank you for staying with us and we do apologize for the noisy heater, when it gets so cold they tend to make a little noise just from running harder.

My room was not to have any air freshener or other perfumy scents, since I am allergic, but none of the rooms they offered me were satisfactory. They then did use an ionizer on the room, but although it would purge the sir of scents, it wouldn't take care of the embedded scents, and the perfumy scents would return. They were helpful in arranging for payment to be transferred to a nearby Inn. The reservation and payment was through Travelocity, and I doubt Travelocity is going to return the $25 difference in cost.

Nice Hotel

We stayed in a suite. It was very nicely appointed and clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Would stay there again.
