Bathroom was dirty and had hair. Sagging mattress was a unique experience with my partner being higher that I was. Cherry on pie was clipped nails in the table. So gross. The room was warm when we got in. The third day (thankfully last) heater was not blowing hot air so it was pretty cold. Glad they had portable heaters in closet.

The food was cold. For over $20 it was cold bacon, cold slices of French toast, and French fries. No eggs, and it didn't feel like guests were truly prioritized. People come from across the world and this is supposed to be a high class hotel. Do better.

I was assigned a connected room with strangers and they tried to open the door in the middle of the night. Thin walls and you can listen to everything. No microwave on the room and I put the “do not disturb sign” and they still went in. Wont stay there again in the future.

We arrived in Fairbanks around 12:30 a.m. on December 24, 2025 to spend Christmas here. After checking in, the front desk staff told us that because of the extreme cold (around –22°F), we either had to start our car every 4 hours or move it to the parking area and plug in the engine heater. More importantly, the staff warned us that the entrance from the parking lot to the hotel might not be accessible, so in –22°F weather with deep snow, my wife and I had no choice but to carry all our luggage and walk around snow-covered streets just to get back to the hotel’s main entrance, which felt unsafe and unreasonable for guests who had just arrived. When I met the front desk staff again to explain the situation, the only response I got was a simple “sorry,” with no help or solution. After entering the room, I was shocked to find a used tissue with visible blood stains next to the bedside table, which is very hard to accept for a star-rated hotel. The only positive part of our stay was one breakfast staff member, who was patient, responsible, and very warm, and she greeted every guest kindly. One small reminder: if your booking includes breakfast, remember to ask the front desk for breakfast vouchers, as they are not given automatically. I am not sure about other guests’ experiences, but the front desk staff working on the mornings of December 24 and 25 seemed unhappy, sitting at the computer with no expression and slowly handling breakfast vouchers and room key access, which made u

The room is super dated. Smelled funny. Lint and dirt under everything and even a pair of a random persons reading glasses under the chair. Found buggers in the tub, and it looked like a milkshake or something had been spilled on the door of the closet. When we first arrived at the room, the heat was turned all the way up. It had to of been over 80. Called the front desk, they sent maintenance. He popped off the metal paneling on the wall and sure enough our heat was set to the max. He turned it down, and brought a plug in heater just in case it "got too cold". Even with it turned down under the panel manually, we had to have the AC that smelled like mildew, on the entire night. If i coud leave 0 stars I would. It turned a trip to Fairbanks while it was -37, even more miserable. 20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
