Ladies Getaway

We loved the location and the view from the balcony. The house was close to every place we wanted to go. Our issues were with the cleanliness and maintenance of the house. While Kris was prompt in responding to our issues and addressed most of them, they should've been taken care of before we arrived. Several lights were out throughout the house and a bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. These oversights were disappointing and off-putting.

Family trip

This was our first family trip in years! The home was wonderful and beautiful, with a very responsive contact. Everything was clean and kept in excellent condition. We noticed a spot on one of the walls where the recliner had hit when we checked in, and the contact responded within the hour. We only wish parking information had been updated on the website so we could have planned a little better. Site states street parking is available and it isn’t. You have to move your car to another off site location if there are more than two. But small inconvenience, overall great home, definitely recommend!

Wonderful home away from home!

This was a great property! It had everything we needed for our stay! We even lost power due to a storm and found candles and a lighter to help us see while we waited for power to come back on. The place was bigger than we anticipated as well. The Dollywood fireworks could be seen from the balcony, too which was super fun! Overall, it was a great stay. I have a few suggestions if the owner would like to email me. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Maggie Mack Lane! This unit is very clean, spacious, and has the absolute best view of the mountains! The trees are changing and it was such a beautiful weekend in the smokies. 10/10 recommend this unit!

Great Dollywood trip

House was exactly as listed. Perfect for our group. Kids upstairs and adults down. House is well appointed. Higher quality throughout. Nice couches and chairs. Everything you could need in a kitchen is provided. Convenient to attractions and stores. Will definitely look to book again.

It was really a good property. It was in the perfect neighborhood

Location, rate and overall property was good for our family of nine members. Each and everyone enjoyed this property and view. Amenities were like home except washer and dryer. I have no complaints but compliments. Whole heartedly I would recommend for the family
