Very disappointed in our stay. A lot of amenities were closed. This place just isn’t what it use to be. The music at the pool is absolutely terrible and very loud. I felt like I was at a retirement community pool and I’m 40 years old.

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk agent was absent each time I went to the desk. She was cooking and serving patrons of the snack lounge. There should be someone at the desk to serve customers. One employee per shift is not enough.

"What can say except for everything was fantastic as usual. I travel a lot for work and I have the whole panhandle that I take care of and anytime I'm near the Pensacola area this is my go-to hotel to stay at. The staff is absolutely amazing The rooms are clean they have full size refrigerator and microwave. I could go on and on but let me tell you just because it's the studio 6 it still feels like a resort even though they don't have all the amenities but they treat you like a resort staff does and kind of think of it as maybe like a second home., 😂😂😂 they are just great and they really do take care of the rooms and make sure everything is good. Parking is great beds are comfortable."
