The hotel was great, the location was very close to the airport and in closedriving distance to several nice food places. The only part that I wish I would have known is that you have to schedule an airport shuttle 24 hours before pick up.

The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. The toilet was used and needed flushing when we first arrived. I did not let the staff know as I figured it would take more to let them know and I was tired after driving 7 hours to get there. So I just flushed it.

It was a nice place to stay. We booked because of rave reviews about their breakfast.We were pretty dissatisfied in that.The waffle maker was broken all week, unless you got up early, there was egg white omelets, oatmeal, bacon, cereal, bagels, toast, biscuits, no gravy. occasionally cinnamon rolls, we saw sausage 1 day, but it was super chewy. Maybe if you’re there first thing in the morning? But after 3 days, we just didn’t go down. Everything else was wonderful though.

The front desk staff is very rude. When we booked we were told no other charges but after arriving was charged $5 per day for parking whiich is ridiculous. First time a hotel is charging for parking. When booking I had requested free shuttle to airport as their hotel said they had it. Informed them multiple times about the baggage but last minute the told us they were not able to accommodate for the agreed number of baggage. We had to figure out ourselves how to fit the baggage into the shuttle and the driver was not helpful at all. When we did he still had an unhappy look and was rude till the end of drop off. Breakfast very limited all pancake machine not working drink dispenser not working. When we requested for extra pillows staff was very irritated and unhappy to go get those pillows. Phone in the room does not work . This hotel is not worth the money . Total rip off. Pls don’t use this hotel.
