The property was nice, the room was great. Amazing bed, clean, spacious. But if you're looking for breakfast in the mornings, think again... They had "gravy" out for the biscuits but it looked and had the consistency of grits. Their pancake machine was down and there was no note so you stand there looking like a dummy while the workers watch you then tell you it's not working. There were very few options, the cinnamon rolls were the best. However, the room was great!!

When I booked Expedia said all taxes and fees were included. When i got to the property they told me i had to pay for parking every night. Make sure to account for this when booking. It might look like the cheaper option but there are hidden fees when you arrive at the property.

Plastic ware at breakfast was always missing ,no spoons forks knives. Hard to eat oatmeal which was always cold with a fork. Kitchen staff was rude. Communication between front desk and rest of staff was poor. Snacks and soft drinks were rarely replenished. House keeping was very poor.

From I 10 west the lot is hard to get in to. There’s a super long stoplight turning left, The signs take you to the first holiday inn, with limited parking and a desk agent who will tell you to go to the property next door, separated by a lagoon. Drove next door. The beds are excellent. Breakfast was very basic but free. Gym is very good- erg, treadmills, elliptical and free weights. I’d stay again for a quick overnight.

Not in a good area, pool not working and night staff didn't care and gave wrong information on help. Pillow had blood on it and blanket was wet with who knows what. Showed night staff and she could not help she said because house keeping was gone for the evening. Asked to talk with a manager she said after hours no management is own duty. Breakfast was disgusting my grandchildren would not eat that stuff, coffee was cold. Not what we expected for a Holiday Inn....
