It was ok for The money. I thought it was rebranded and nice with the 8.2 stars. There were 2 fries on the floor. Not from us. Just not what I expected from a 8.2 star place. Not as clean as it should have been but ok. No bugs so that’s a huge plus!

Awful check-in.

Check-in was absolutely terrible. Marcellus at the front desk was the most unpleasant person I've ever had greet me at any hotel! He barely looked up. He did not smile. He did not look us in the eyes. He did not tell us where our room was. He charged me for service dog even though we said we had paperwork. (It was buried somewhere in a suitcase and we really could not get to it.) We have traveled from Northern California through the country back to Florida and no one has ever given us a problem. The hotel had a lot of unseemly characters wandering around. We got to our room and there was not even a room number on the door. There were only three small pillows on a king size bed. The sheets weren't large enough to stay on so the corner came off in the middle of the night. The towels were paper thin and small. There were no amenities whatsoever. There was a roach in our room on the kitchen at ledge. Check out was okay and the lady at the desk was pleasant and apologetic, but I doubt we will ever stay in the Studio 6 again and certainly not this one!
