Amazing property in one of the most beautiful beach wilderness areas on the planet. The resort has incredible restaurants and poolside bars with superb staff. Unbelievable views and all the amenities of resorts at the highest end. Great job to the state park and hotel managers— this is a gem.

Gulf Shores Getaway

The first night of our three night stay we were put in a suite in the meetings building which had outdated bathroom and no coziness. We requested and got put back into a standard suite which we loved, balcony included. The access to beach, umbrella and chair rentals, was awesome. The Perch was fantastic food for dinner and Food Craft great for breakfast and lunch.

This is the ideal property for enthusiasts! It will surely keep you active. I will definitely return. I overlooked the $15 dollars a day for parking. Parking is a "hike" if you fo mot choose valet. Bring your beach gear. Chair umbrella starts at $45. Even these expenses the property was worth while. If your soul needs rest, this is the place. Staff was awesome and amenities of food choices was plentiful. I will make that 5 hr drive all over again by myself.

This property was very nice overall. However, I would never stay here again. I don’t think they should charge $15 a day to park when you have to walk a very long way to get to the parking lot. If you stay here bring your walking shoes!

Great access to beach. Breakfast buffet wonderful food , though pricey. Pool was excellent & was pool bar. Excellent maid services in rooms.

Earthy elegance is the way I would describe the property. Excellent staff from front to back. Comfortable rooms, I ordered two of their pillows from Amazon. Steps to the beach. Nice pool and bar. One of the best places I’ve stayed
