This property is not new. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff upgraded us to a sea side room, which was a wonderful location. The bath fan was very loud and toilet was a low old style. Hallway ceiling tiles stained and out of place, handyman's work!

The Holiday Inn Express in Orange Beach, Alabama was the perfect getaway! The weather wasnt terrible for a January weekend and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever experienced! We already have this hotel on the calendar for a weekend getaway next year!

We had a room with a balcony that we could not open the door to. My son was playing in the room barefooted and I noticed the sole of his feet being black from the FILTHY CARPETS. Spiderweb found in the bathroom shower wall. Washing detergent stains found in the sheets. Horrible paint job. The room just didn’t feel neat and clean! I would never stay here again. 5/10 do not book!!!

This property is excellent. Very into the holidays and friendly. Breakfast was excellent eggs, biscuits, omelette, sausage. Wish they had bacon. Beach view is amazing.

The Holiday Inn Express in OB was very comfortable. They were there if you needed them, but not "hovering" to over-please. Will stay again and will refer to anyone asking.

This was a mother/daughter vacation, first that she was an adult. We had a wonderful time together & the weather was great till Thanksgiving. Cant control Mother Nature. My only complaint would be the pool not being heated. Bonus the breakfast offered was fantastic.
