Great family time!

Everything was great! The only thing I have to report negatively is the carpet condition in our room. We were in room 613 and we had a frayed carpet patch right in the doorway and carpet was a little dirty. We understood as being at the beach the sand gets carpet dirtier faster. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Definitely will stay with them again!

The front desk clerk was rude. I called to tell her our room smelled horrible as soon as we walked in there were holes all in the walls no pictures and a roach in the bathroom. The beach access was under construction and your website says they have a hot tub and they do not. The bar area was closed. I would have never stayed here had I known Hilton did not live up to their name!

We return for the beautiful beach surf and friendly staff. Also for the pet friendliness. However the building and furnishings are weathered and I would have preferred investment in the rooms rather than a new outdoor pool. And lower room rates while pool under construction due to the inconvenience

Pool was under repairand was not mentioned on web . Bath tub had rust and faucet l3aked. Bathtub shower only put out scalding water. Outside device for cleaning off sand did not work. No place in room to put suitcases except the floor overall disappointed for ihg property at $300 a night page.
