Great location. Rooms are showing age and wear. Terrible pillows. Loud hallways and the property is adjacent to high rise condos. Our room overlooked those balconies and people were talking and partying on them until 1 or 2 am.

Had to request towels three times after I had filled out the card and placed it on my door before 9:00. Lack of hot water, complained about it and was told they had to "reset" the boilers. We should have been notified that there would be no hot water for 2 hours or more and not find out when we get in the shower. There was no door on my bathroom and the shower/shower head had no water presure at all. Will not book again

I loved the balcony and most of the staff except for kim who work Saturday and was extremely rude to me repeatedly i thought u were supposed to be nice to customers she wouldnt even give me any towels even tho they didnt clean my room im sorry but my family of 4 shower everday

Our room was newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful. While checking in they could've find my reservation. Travelocity booked it under my middle name and we got it straightened out. Not a fan of a continental breakfast you have to pay $6 for. And a hot bteakfast was $14. each. Overall it was a great stay.

Facilities were nice , clean, staff was very helpful. Only draw back was the pool was not ready yet, and the gate to and from the beach would not open. But after the hurricane, I’d say it was surprisingly well returned to operations.

Having children I enjoyed the pool not being over 5ft deep . Also you sit and see the entire pool with great supervision. The breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice and check in and out was easy
