My room was filthy! I called serval times to have someone clean it and was told they only have one person in duty. Tub was dirty , sheets dirty and refrigerator had food in it with onions causing the room to smell so bad. I left!

ROOM HAD LEAKS and LOUD AC

Our reservation was on 5/17/25. Upon check-in, the agent did not instruct us on the room location or where to find the elevators. A few mintues after arrival, I realized the carpet was wet. I thought it was the refreshing, but later noticed water falling from the ceiling. I notified the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. I explained that we used the extra towels to soak up the water and a nice young man brought us some extra towels. Later on that night, I was looking for the extra blankets inside the closest. The plastic bag that enclosed the extra pillow and blanket was open and all the items were wet! I picked up the plastic bag and water was underneath. I sent a message after 11pm and received no response. Overnight, the air conditioner became super loud and was shaking. It sounded like a bad boiler! Upon check-out I explained all the room issues to the front desk and the agent offered me $50!!! $50 for one of THE WORST stays I have ever had in a hotel my entire life!

Pool was gross. Shower handle was broken. Pull out bed had food in it. The air vent in the middle of the room was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. The lobby bathrooms were very dirty. The pictures online are deceiving. The staff was very nice.

Had issues with phones and TV. When checking out, said they could/would do nothing because it was booked 3rd party. I believe hotels have the worst of rooms reserved for these type reservations since not booked directly

We booked this hotel because it has very nice reviews, we are moving to another state and decided to stay there because seemed safe since we have all our luggage in the back of our truck. Arriving there we saw a lot of homeless people walking around and got us worried since there is no gate around the parking lot. When we arrived to the room there were blood stains in the curtain, the beds were extremely wrinkly which is okay not a big deal, in the restroom was only 1 toilet paper we ended up asking for a second but they never delivered it to us and 2 small bar soaps nothing else. We paid around 230$ including parking for the night and we were expecting at least hand cream?, a toothpaste? … in the nigh decided to go to the restaurant and we had to sit ourselves because no one attended us. I took the menu from another table and the waitress took it away from me saying that was kids menu and handed me another menu that only had Caesar salads, wings and sandwiches the menu lacks variety. Once they gave us our wings they were amazing to be honest but what a surprise when i was almost done the last wing had the longest black hair i have ever seen. We didn’t say anything since we were tired and ready for bed. But overall not the best experience to be one of the best hotels in there

Very unsanitary room upon our arrival. There was a massive amount of dust however it didn’t compare to the un-cleanliness of our room. After a 11 hour drive my husband was beyond tired to drive but we left very early the next morning after finding a better suited place for us to stay
