We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 2 years and previously loved it. However this time, the person who checked us in the first night, couldn’t stop talking to her coworkers to assist us at first. Then we went to work our rooms and the lock didn’t work so I went back and again had to wait on her to stop talking to assist me. We get to our room and there was trash in the drawers, the drawers knobs were practically falling off, the coffee station was not restocked, and the bath towels were just thrown up. It was just lacking especially since we paid $200 for the first night. I will say the next day the people at the front desk were much more pleasant. I was just already so very disappointed by our room and the service it definitely made me not want to stay again.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, spacious, clean. (There was a pair of men's boxer shorts on the floor of the closet.) Oversight on someone's part when room was cleaned. Other than that it was great. I would definitely stay there again.
