The room was very clean. Updated hotel. Staff was super friendly, especially the young man that checked me in the evening I got there. Breakfast had many options with omelets, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. Safe location with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Loved my stay!

When arrived was given a key to a room that I didn't book. Explained that when booking thru Expedia, they can't guarantee that I will get what I booked and also run the risk of them cancelling the room. Also, was told they couldn't refund my money and just told me to pull at the sleeper soafer. Totally inappropriate and was told they were booked. After about an hour, I was given another room.
