This 2nd floor residence has been fully reimagined and restored to exceed it's yesteryear charm! The Hayles Team worked for over a year to restore the Blue Door Apartments to its original charm and then added modern touches. This residence features a balcony that overlooks the Governor's mansion while also giving a sneak peek into all the new styles that are the rage at the salon just across the street. Ride your bike downtown or walk on over to the Shoppes at Cloverdale.
The space
This second floor residence features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The kitchen has slab granite countertops in the kitchen alongside industrial custom-designed floating shelves. Decadent sheets, soft linens, rich coffee and a fully equipped kitchen will quickly make this your home away from home! No need to stop at the laundromat during your stay - this property is equipped with a full size washer and dryer! The living room has a Queen sized sleeper sofa, large 65" TV to make sure you don't miss your favorite streaming shows and sports! Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen sized beds. Relax on your balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and wind down for the afternoon. Get a front row seat to the hustle and bustle of the Capital City all from the comforts of your home away from home.
