"Very easy access to Sport Event Stadium"
Valet Parking was great, very friendly front desk. But, the Juno Club, customer service was HORRIBLE. Never greeted when arrived, sat a the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us (there was only 10 customers in the entire bar area who had been served, and no one in the seated restaurant), three other servers were on the floor and also never greeted us. Was there a good 10min, and finally as we were leaving the bartender hurried to us, but it was too late. Found a few great sports bars along the route to the Stadium. The room was amazing, great black out drapes, but the shower was the entire bathroom, and the floor had settled away from the drain causing a good 1 1/2 in. of standing water in the entire bathroom (made for a shock when going to the restroom in the middle of the night). Sorry, not worth the amount of money I paid for one night.

"Overall Not Bad"
My husband and I stayed for a weekend. Although we made the reservation one month in advance, when we reached our room, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The rest of our room was fine - plenty of room for two and despite the proximity to the highway, we heard no noise during our stay. We had a 50/50 experience with the staff as well. One desk clerk was very friendly and another obviously didn't want to be bothered by anyone. The location was covenient for the family gathering we attended, but the hotel has limited accessibility from both the highway and the rest of the town. If we had to stay in Bothell again, we might give them another try.

Seattle Marriott Waterfront

"On the Waterfront"
As the name implies this Marriott is on the Seattle Waterfront, one might be taken aback by its unassuming nature, but the Waterfront Marriott is at the center of the Seattle waterfront activity. Once inside, it is a Marriott, stylish and modern, the valet staff greet you with a warm, sincere smile, offering any assistance that you require. This pleasant welcoming experience continues with the front desk staff, who welcome you, and most importantly to cruise ship passengers, ask if they might assist in arranging transportation to the cruise ship docks, although, at present, a cruise line docks right across the street, and the bell staff will transport your bags, and other cruise ships dock three and half miles away, but Waterfront Marriott staff can arrange shuttle transportation to the cruse port for a nominal fee to the shuttle driver, Marriott will make the arrangements and the shuttle will be there at the time you request. Waterfront Marriott is steps away from Pike Street Market, Chinatown, and there are many eating establishments within walking distance, again the Seattle waterfront is very active. The Marriott staff will provide a walking map and directions to any nearby venue, the staff provide this voluntarily and are interested in your stay and that you will see and arrive at your places of interest.

"Hip Atmosphere, Perfect Location!"
We were upgraded free of charge to a corner room on a higher floor with free wi-fi - shout out to the wonderful concierge team who made this possible! The hotel had a lively feel to it & we loved the details, including the mats that changed from "good afternoon" to "good evening" throughout the day. We were also a $5 Uber ride away from anything that was too far for us to walk to - will definitely stay again the next time we're in Seattle!

"A pleasant surprise"
Not knowing the area or the motel itself, I was a little anxious, but it turned out to be unique and quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient for the several days of our stay. The area was safe and a quick walk to the marina to view the water.

"New favorite! "
While travelling for work I needed a hotel close to SeaTac airport. As I don't care for the hotels on the airport strip I thought this 'lodge' looked interesting. Driving in it felt like a little escape from the airport craziness and we were greeted by a very nice valet. The lodge felt like visiting someone's gorgeous PNW home with big timbers, gorgeous windows, a little bit industrial. The front desk staff were lovely and efficient checking us into our rooms. Rooms were clean, and very comfortable with all the amenities. We had dinner in the lounge and I do recommend the scallops! YUM! Once again staff was fantastic. (And don't forget to visit the living room after dinner for a little complimentary Haagen Daz ice cream!) This was such a great experience I've already told many people about how wonderful it is. There are conference rooms too so if you are looking at holding a conference it is ideal. Just overall... a new favorite! I will be back for both business & pleasure!

Old hotel that is very clean and quaint. Hard wood floors in room was squeaky but room was extremely large and homey. No elevator. The downtown location makes it within walking distance to popular visitor sites. Bus stops just outside hotel made it easy to use public transportation. The hotel staff was excellent!

"Seattle Memorial Day Weekend 2015"
We arrived to the hotel on time and were greeted very nicely by Adam at the front desk. He was very helpful and very knowledgable. Anytime we dealt with Adam things went very well. The our room was missed several times in our 5 day stay and we had to call down each time to get them to come by the room. On our last day on or way out to the car we had a flat tire on the rental car. Unfortunately, Adam was not on and we received very little assistance from the staff. They did not even know who to call for assistance and when we got out to the car there were signs in the garage to call a tow company. Had to call AAA after all to get some help. Breakfast was ok. Decent variety it was a cross between a buffet and continental breakfast. Almost really good but sausage hash was scary and just sausage would have been better. Nit picky I am sure but you asked my opinion. Others will certainly have no issue with some of this food.
