The AC does not work, this property is a step up from camping. The host will gaslight you about your concerns. I would not recommend this host or property to anyone.

Everything inside the unit seemed like the cheapest furniture out there, hot water ran out quick. But it was very close to siesta key, only about 10 minute drive. Lots of places to eat near there and seemed very secure. Lots of parking space. Overall good experience.
