"We had a great stay at La Fonderia. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a selection of pastries, meat, cheeses, cereal and eggs. The location is away from the chaos of the city center but it is a 20-25 minute walk to the major sites so just be aware. We stayed in the Bronze room which was perfect with our 2 kids. I would not recommend this room for very young children though as the stairs up to the loft are steep and I would worry about a young child falling but our 4 and 8 year old children were fine going up and down. Overall a great stay in a more authentic neighbourhood right on the river."
