"The reception staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful with local suggestions and directions. The location was great for walking to all parts of the city from and the neighbourhood has great shops, bars and restaurants that are out of the main tourist area. I may not have had a great view but it was a great home base to go out and experience and enjoy all the city has to offer! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the live late night entertainment in the bar across the street as well."

"We stayed here for the weekend during June and it was wonderful. While it was a bit tricky to find, the host met us at the door with a huge smile and helped us with our bags as we entered. I had emailed to see if there was parking at the hotel and was given three different parking garages to choose from for our stay. We ended up booking a parking spot, super easily and the garage was only about 7 minutes from the Palazzo Mannaioni Suites. Check-in was really easy, the woman gave us all the information and helped us to access the other door after hours. There were so many shops and restaurants right around the Palazzo Mannaioni Suites. The apartment we booked was amazing, and clean and comfortable. I asked at the front desk if they could recommend a good place to get some high quality leather purses/sandals and the gentleman we spoke with was SO helpful!! 100/100 for the stay, the hosts and the location. Will definitely be back!!"

"What a historically interesting and beautiful property. My only regret is that I didn't book for longer than one night. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the room was beautiful. I had tickets to Maggio Musicale and it was an easy walk across the bridge with directions provided by staff. My only suggestion is some signage to the check-in area. Highly recommended."
