"If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, this place exhibits what pinnacle of hospitality should be. Fulvio is a kind host who is available to help with a smile on his face. Other staff members are also kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gifted a bottle of wine and location is prime. I’d come stay here again and recommend others to do the same."

"Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location. "

"A lovely hotel in a perfect situation for all the attractions. It was 5 minutes to most and there was an excellent restaurant next door. The room's decor was amazing and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were made welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an upgrade which was appreciated and the room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good and varied and the serving staff were always on hand to help with anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel."
