Uncomfortable stay

The property was fairly clean and tidy, the room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was cramped and the shower tiny, I am not a big guy but found it very uncomfortable. It was difficult to find the property which was in a building on the 3rd floor, access via a tiny elevator. Once checked in we had to climb a narrow stairwell to our room. The room had minimal plug points and the kettle did not fit in the socket. The ladies at reception were very helpful.

This is just a room behind a big door on the street. You can miss it very easily. No parking and no place to pull off without blocking all the traffic in Florence. Had to park illegally and walk there, then go get the car (pray it was still there) and move it to a long term garage for 40 EU per day.

This place is Excellent! It is close to everything. Right outside the front door are restaurants and bars. There is a gelato place right on the corner. It’s a short walk to the bridge to cross the river. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence.

Family Road Trip to Florence!

We had an incredible stay here! Great location, great service and the room was spacious and beautiful. I had been worried about our rental car and the ZTL, but the hotel parking option is fantastic.

So perfect it’s hard to describe, how clean and immaculate this place was. The staff were amazing too. Air conditioning worked perfectly. So close to Ponte Vecchio and the view of the Arno River from our room was spectacular. Thanks for making our 20th year anniversary so much better, my kids loved the sofa beds. We loved the coffee as well, having a fridge is a bonus. Every single detail during our stay was covered.
