Very lovely hotel. Situated about 15 minutes away from the main centre of Florence, a very nice walk and takes you away from the bustle at the end of the day. The hotel is immaculately decorated and very clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the owner also is very hands on and ensures everything runs smoothly. The little bar is intimate, they serve afternoon tea between 5 and 730 which was a lovely addition. Breakfast is great, and caters for all. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed so much staying at the Rapallo Hotel. It has a great location. Close to the Duomo, Mercato Central, Fortaleza de Baso, restaurants and souvenir stores. The customer service is exceptional. I loved my breakfast. Just an amazing experience.

Convenient, clean and welcoming

We stayed six nights, two rooms with terraces on 4th floor; extremely convenient locale, clean and modern rooms; spacious, comfortable terrace to chill out on; excellent breakfasts with much to choose from and made to order. Afternoon tea/coffee and cakes a fantastic way to recharge and relax pre evenings. Bryan at the front desk was happy and welcoming at all times; Praise was excellent: he wore several hats there and took care of us every day so well with a smile; the morning breakfast maitre de and ladies were extra sweet and gracious. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Hotel Rapallo!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. 12 minute walk to the train station and the tram to the airport. I would stay here again if heading to Florence in the future

I loved it here

I loved this place I had stayed at another hotel for 3 nights it was advertised as 3 stars but wasn’t. I came here and was greatly warmly and able to check in early. The room 403 was clean , bright and comfortable. It also has a terrace. Bathroom products are provided. Breakfast was included again staff were polite and attentive. It rained heavily two days there’s umbrellas to use. My tea and coffee were replenished daily. The bed was comfortable. The only thing is I noticed local young drug dealers nearby day and night I had no issues but it’s winter so it gets dark by 4pm.

Great location! Safe hotel that was super clean and nicely decorated. Our room had a little walk out balcony which was nice. The room was spacious with a little sofa day/bed, lots of closet room and a whole desk. They cleaned it very well every day and the front desk staff was very friendly and kind.

Nice place, good location.

Nice hotel in a good location. Walkable from the train station and within easy walking distance of the Duomo and other attractions. Nice breakfast and a charming little bar. There were also a couple of nice restaurants an easy walk away.

Beautiful hotel in Florence close to the station and easy access. Nice easy walk into the city centre. However the park near by at night was unsafe to walk past/near. One night I got followed and only went turned the other way as I entered the hotel. Just need to be careful. The hotel was a nice lovely and modern. The staff very friendly and always went about and beyond.

The hotel was a decent walk from the train station and nice and away from the major tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small and don’t offer bathtubs but very easily doable and well laid out for a general stay. I wouldn’t recommend for longer than a week but for a few days it’s perfect.

Beautiful well appointed property. Very comfortable Queen size bed which is not easy to find in Italy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet plus made to order items and was delicious. We rented a car and didn’t even use it because everything you want to see is walking distance from this hotel. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. No complaints, we loved our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rapallo. The location is excellent, super close to all tourist attractions yet in a quieter area. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in the room the two days I was there. Everything was clean and not at all worn out. Staff all around was friendly and they were helpful with ordering me a very early taxi when I had to leave! Would stay here again in an instant and recommend it to anyone.
