You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Faenza 91 Apartament
The apartment is located in the very central via Faenza, has two double bedrooms with divisible beds and one of the two bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower (without bidet) and a single bedroom. A second bathroom for common use also has a bidet as well as a shower. There is also a living room with dining table, TV, sofas and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, normal oven, microwave oven. There is no dishwasher. Air conditioning is in the three bedrooms and in the living room. There is no lift to reach the apartment, it is a top floor (60 steps) the central area is 5 minutes from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the Fortezza da Basso.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
