Our family’s stay here was satisfactory - not terrific, but not poor either. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Not sure how recently the apt had been used as the hot water had to be turned on at check in. This started all the radiator heaters which we had to turn off ourselves. Clearer instructions about garbage removal would be helpful. Also a couple luggage racks in the bedrooms would help guests. There are large closets in each bedroom. Seating space is limited for a family or small group. The one tv has limited connectivity to other devices to stream a show or movie. WiFi service was very good. Air conditioning worked well with temps hovering near 100 F during our stay. Washer and dryer were a welcomed amenity. The location is really great just off the Ponte Vecchio. Terrific grocery 2 mins away. Many shops and restaurants all around the area.
