Stay away, even if they pay you to stay dont go

Please please stay away from this property and their management company keys of Italy. We came to this apartment for two nights and the listing included climate control. There was an air condition only in the living room, the bedroom was 90 degrees Fahrenheit and therefore we did not sleep for the two nights that we were there. The apartment was dirty disgusting and run down please see pictures. There is mold in the shower on the shower curtain and on the walls definitely a health hazard .Worst of all is that the management company keys of Italy behaved like a bunch of idiots and will not willing to do anything to fix or make our stay comfortable.

Florence weekend away

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Duomo. There’s lots of bars and restaurants nearby and there’s a Carrefour express supermarket literally next door if you want to get some supplies in. Beware when trying to get into the apartment. The door is old and it takes ages to suss out how to open it! The trick is to not push the door right up to the frame and waggle the key to find the right position. You should be able to get in then. Check in was relatively easy. You go to their office, which is about a 9 mi walk from the apartment. Although I had to contact the host via Air BnB to get hold of them, even though I’d booked it through hotels.com, which was a little concerning. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The bathroom is very small though and mind your head by the toilet! Bed and kitchen is ok. The apartment is opposite a bar and restaurant, which is noisy at the weekend until about 2am. Luckily we had ear plugs to help us sleep. Having said that, the bar opposite is worth a visit :)

Posizione ottima, lo staff molto simpatico e disponibile. Bisognerebbe curare meglio la pulizia del locale ( il divano era sporco e pieno di briciole, appena entrata ho trovato pezzi di piazza in terra, alcune tazze e pentole erano ancora sporche di cibo, le lenzuola, in particolare le federe, avevano impronta di scarpe ) non guasterebbe una stuccata in alcuni punti. Credo siano piccoli accorgimenti che farebbero di questo posto una scelta eccellente per soggiornare comodamente e tranquillamente a Firenze.
