Front desk staff Yaya was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Duomo and other attractions but it was very quiet located next to a park. The breakfast was really good with variety and fresh. It was a pity we missed the last day breakfast because our flight left early at 7:00 am. I highly recommend this hotel because of the tidiness and cleanliness.

Really lovely hotel in a great location not far from the train station and other main sights. Clean and decent sized modern room and bathroom, with among other things a fridge and air conditioning (although we struggled to work this the first night). Helpful and friendly staff and amazing breakfast, buffet style. Only small downside, we had a room overlooking the road - which was a little noisy but this did not detract from a lovely stay and would happily go back for another stay.

What a treat! This hotel is a hidden gem - about a 10 minute walk from the city center, nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lovely park next door. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and the beds were dreamy! The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very kind and helpful with calling for taxis and making dinner arrangements - something not all hotels do anymore. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved it and this will be our "go to" hotel in Florence going forward.
