Hello Sherry, It is very disheartening to see a guest manipulate actual events at a property because they are disgruntled even thought the hotel did everything in their power to rectify the situation. You were offered a brand new room and an upgrade so the issue could have been resolved but you refused the offer and solution to the problem. Anyways, we do hope you find hotel better suited for you.
