Required a $100 CASH deposit, besides rentsl charge. Would not accept a major credit card for deposit. Never been asked for cash deposit before.

Was asked for $100 cash deposit upon check in and was told that the room would be “looked” at before I could get my money back before check out. Room carpet was disgusting, no amenities that stick out, only two towels and a washcloth. Room decor is outdated and doesn’t match, uninviting.

It was the most horrific hotel I have ever stayed in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS!! The grounds alone were outdated. The pool area was unkept and there was a duck swimming and defecating in the pool and deck. I rented 2 rooms, #111 and #222. They were old, smelly, extremely dirty, and scary. You could see light around both doors as they were not properly sealed. The walls and floor boards were filthy and gross. The rooms smelled like body odor. The hotel also rents rooms to citizens of San Bernadino. There was a mother and 2 children living in the room next to 222 and it was loud and doors constantly slamming. The linens were old and rough. The hairdryer mount fell off the wall. The vent in bathroom ceiling was falling out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS!!
