Great breakfast and friendly staff. The gym was adequate but could do with pull up / dip frame. The concierge (I think Lazaro was his name) was very helpful as was Jose on reception.

I have stayed at this hotel for a long time, but over the past year it has noticeably declined. The staff is very young and not focused on customer service, and overall the hotel is going downhill. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues they are already aware of

The staff and the hotel were actually very nice. Staff was super friendly and so so helpful. The room as mostly clean. Just the mirror was completely missed. It looked like the last person that stayed got toothpaste all over the mirror.
