"The room was as presented on the website, few things to look out for, that wasn’t an issue for us. If you are a light sleeper the hotel is near a busy and loud intersection, you only get two coffee pod, the cleanliness behind the bed head could be better. The area is very homey and safe, everything was within walking distance and what’s not, you can uber for a relatively cheap price. The staff and people all around are very friendly and open, and respectful. Having traveled to many international countries Paris/ Spain, Germany, Switzerland. This was the most friendly experience. Many activities are around, food tours, museums, little parks, cafes, the ballon tours will pick you up and drop you off from your hotel. The green line tour bus goes by Coyacoan and Frida Kahlo’s house, the red line goes by Ripleys museum. The hotel also has a roof top bar lovely scenery and great music and drinks, the gym is open 7-11 and almost always busy ! "
