Very dirty - the towels have stains on all of them and lots of hair attached to them. The rooms had graffiti written in them. In the 4 days I was there not once did housekeeping come by. Entire place smells like smoke even though I was in a smoke free room. Beds very uncomfortable.

I stayed here a lot in the past however I haven't been here in the last 2 months or so. I had a room from Monday to Wednesday morning. I reserved it online for when I get off of work. I get there check in the lady at the desk tried to charge me 50 dollar deposit. Even though I used my credit card she fixes that and I go to my room. I go inside my room put my things away dog tired from working. I noticed a small fridge in the corner cool but no microwave fine no real issue. I go in the bathroom there is no bathroom door the bath tub has blue paint splattered on the inside. Black mold around top of the tub as well as on the side along the base on the outside of it. Blue paint splattered on the floor next to the bed. No bar to hang up my clothes fine I kept them in my bag anyway. Smoke detector missing in the room also. I'm upset but there is no phone in the room to call down n I wasn't walking all the way to the other side of the building from the 2nd floor. Fell asleep on top of the bed in my clothes. I get up in the morning rush to work call on my lunch break n tell them about it. They switch me rooms when I got off put me in the corner on the 3rd floor. I asked for one of my usual 3 rooms I literally stayed there for almost a month at one time. I got to that room and it had a microwave and no fridge great love it. This time I brought cleaning supplies from work to clean up w. It ends up being mold on the base of the tub there as well. It was a roach there. I have pics

I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel around rancho for work, and honestly, california inn has the best location, right in the city center and close to everything. you really can’t beat the prices either. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt bad seeing so many negative ones. it’s really not that badl, it’s rancho! the only downside is they don’t serve breakfast or even coffee, but there’s a starbucks right next door.

Good value for money! For the price you pay, you really get the most out of your stay. The motel is pretty clean and well maintained. It’s a motel, so it’s not realistic to expect five star service, but it serves its purpose perfectly.

The smell of cigarettes was horrible and I have asthma no matter how many time a spray something still the smell continues the next room was worse the smell I can’t even open the restroom door because it was worst all the outside was duty as well in the pictures is nice but when you’re there no good

Room smelled gross looked like they just made the beds and threw out trash. Place was dirty hair everywhere. There was flys and knats. No smoke detectors probably why it reaked of cigarettes. The parking was gated but shady ppl pull in next to you. Around 3am women yelling that he hit her in the mouth my guess was her pimp smacked her. Almost forgot about these bars sticking out from bed frame banged my ankle on it

I couldn't believe how many issues one room could possibly have! Towels and washcloths were stained (or may be dirty), We saw (killed 2) 3 very large cockroaches in our room, there were dead cockroaches in the hotel walkway/breezeway, the smoke alarm was missing with wires exposed and hanging, the bathroom light kept flickering, both the bathroom faucet and shower head constantly dripped keeping us awake, there was a thermostat on the wall for a heater that was non-existent, we couldn't turn off the air cooler, the bathroom looked as if it were in a middle of a remodel that wasn't complete, USB outlet didn't work on one of the nightstands, there wasn't a microwave (we had to request it from the front desk and they insisted that we had one), amenities listed were vending machine (it was completely empty), wi-fi which constantly lost signal, coffee and tea in common areas (there wasn't any), housekeeping daily (never happened during out 5 night stay) and free newspaper in common areas (not true). The water pressure in the shower was very weak. and the bed was very hard. We mentioned all said problems to the front desk but none were rectified. The owner called us on our last night pleading for us not to give him a bad review and tried bribing us with 2 more night and a room upgrade for free in which we declined as we could not stay any longer.

Shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall well leaving it sloped and causing the curtain to not close, which would leave water all over the place. You can see how it’s affecting the surrounding floor and wall with water damage. Water pressure was basically unusable and you can’t adjust the spout. A gym was advertised and there wasn’t one. Fire alarm was in a drawer, fridge didn’t fit in the cabinet causing it to lean out and would occasionally open, also didn’t have a nob to adjust temp so all food was frozen. Car alarms frequently went off throughout the night. Room didn’t look like it was cleaned and residue was found.

My room was disgusting. For a non-smoking room it smelt of weed and cigarettes inside. It was nothing like the photos portrayed. The AC had no knobs on it. I went to ask for a room change the front desk person seemed to not know anything. She told me to find the thermostat to adjust the AC. When I returned to the room the screen was broken and it did not work. The property was dirty and area seemed very unsafe. I arrived at 11:30pm and had no where else to stay. I immediate checked out the next morning.

They list microwaves in the room but only some rooms have them. Every time we showered or used the sink the pipes under the sink would leak. Told them and no one came to try and fix it. Every time we would leave the parking, explore the town, and come back our room key wouldn’t work. They also have a pool but it is dirty. Advertising isn’t accurate. I understand it was cheap but still shouldn’t have these issues

Parking and check-in was easy, HOWEVER, the conditions of the room were terrible. The walls were damaged, duct tape on the ceiling in the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken and got stuck while i was trying to get out after using the restroom, trapping me inside. Thankfully my partner was there to unjam it for me so i could get out. The toilet stopped working on the 1st day and we had to keep contacting the front desk to have someone come fix it. (Which they never did). The shower made a loud squeaking sound, which was VERY obnoxious. The lamp in the room had no light bulb. The floors had tape on them and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. The cable from the night stand tables where you charge your devices was cut in half while connected to the wall outlet, which is a fire and safety hazard. There was also constant cigarette smells coming from other rooms and gave me headaches. And WORST of ALL, the room had ROACHES!

Awful room it was smelly, wires exposed hanging out of walls, no smoke detectors, lights were shorting out when turned on, you can feel every spirng in bed mattress and "ladies" being dropped off at hotel ALL night long and yes you can hear what was happening in the rooms all around. Like what the heck did I book!! Do not stay here

There’s a refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. Pool looked very cloudy and green. The pine sol smell was overpowering, so much we had to leave the room for awhile. We bought some cleaner to cut the strong smell.
